In addition to the law of the Netherlands, all our work/services are subject (depending on the nature of the work/services) to the following:
Road transport:
The 2002 General Transport Conditions, as filed with the court registries of the District Courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
Cross-border road transport:
The Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR).
Storage:
Physical Distribution Conditions 2000, as filed with the court registries of the District Courts in Amsterdam (no. 177/2000) and Rotterdam (no. 116/2000) on 1 September 2000.
Payments:
The General Payment Conditions for Transport & Logistics in the Netherlands, as filed with the court registry of the District Court in The Hague on 02 July 2002, deed number 69/2002.
